As the sun goes down, our melatonin level naturally rises in our body. Artificial light, inhibits the production of this oil that is secreted from the pineal. As we age often we produce less, and less of this oil that helps us get restful sleep. Also toxins stored in the liver, will decrease the production of this oil. I give helpful tips about how you can produce this oil naturally, and I also speak of supplementing with artificial melatonin, and also how we should not be giving our children melatonin, because when we do this, they do not produce enough of this oil on there own, and this oil needs to be produced naturally within the body. IF your giving your child melatonin, then they will have issues later in life producing this oil on there own, and this is not natural to nature all these artificial sources of melatonin. Also sleep w head in north position. Lavender, Basil, and Terragon, Celery, all can be useful in aiding restful sleep.
